Product Description

We offer digital quilt patterns ("Products") for sale on this Website. Products are digital quilt patterns that provide customized instructions on how to create quilts. Patterns are customized based on the measurements, options, and preferences you enter into the website. It is your responsibility to review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Purchase and Payment

When you purchase a Product, you agree to pay the listed price, plus any applicable taxes or fees. Payment is processed through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We reserve the right to change the price of any Product at any time without notice.

Delivery

After purchase, you will be required to enter your measurements and finalize your customized pattern through your account dashboard. Once the pattern is finalized, the customized digital pattern will be delivered within minutes to your email address and will also be available for download in your dashboard. If you do not receive the Product within 30 minutes of finalization, please contact us at info@measuredstitch.com.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Intellectual Property

The Products and all associated materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Measured Stitch and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the Product without our prior written consent.
